- Create a safe and healthy work environment
- Reduce disruption in the daily lives of people and society
- Reduce the destructive effects on the environment
- Provide specialized training for managers and supervisors and ensure their active participation in the implementation of HSE principles
- Formulate and update proper implementation of management system
- Record, survey and conduct field research of casualties, injuries, hazards and causes to reduce and eliminate these factors
- Educate and encourage staff at all levels of the organization and oblige them to adhere to HSE principles
